The client’s lack of experience meant a degree of uncertainty at first, so it was up to our team to build a rapport and instill the confidence required for this fast-moving AI company to take the leap. This is a big expenditure for any company, of course, so the client really needed to build trust with our team and know that their equipment was in safe hands.
